Our Team

Ross Hardin | Managing Partner

Ross is the Co-Founder and Co-Managing Partner of Eagle Road alongside Siegfried Letsch. In this capacity, he is responsible for leading the firm’s capital transactions, portfolio management, and strategic initiatives. Ross currently serves on the Board of Directors/Advisors for the firm’s investment in Genuity Technology Group (“GTG”), Rentgrata, and Laborjack.

Prior to forming Eagle Road, Ross was the CFO for Nebula Voice, which he successfully merged with Genuity Networks to create GTG. Earlier, he served as Vice President of Capital Transactions for Alden Torch Financial, where he was responsible for acquiring and/or disposing more than 25,000 multifamily units representing over $2.2 billion of real estate value. Ross earned a M.S. in Real Estate from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver and a B.S.B.A. in Corporate Finance/Investment Analysis from Colorado State University (both with honors).

Siegfried Letsch | Managing Partner

Siegfried co-founded Eagle Road, and co-heads the firm alongside Ross. Prior to co-founding Eagle Road, Mr. Letsch served in the Global Energy Group, Investment Banking Division, at Oppenheimer & Co. While at Oppenheimer, Mr. Letsch’s focus centered around raising equity and debt capital for public and private energy and industrial companies, as well as advising on M&A, restructuring, and other strategic matters. Prior to joining Oppenheimer, he served in various roles with HCP Pacific Asset Management and Kelmar Associates.

Mr. Letsch holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Accounting, and Liberal Studies with a concentration in Global Perspectives, from Bentley University.
